SWEEPS & VETERAN SWEEPS

JUDGE: Archie Peil (8 Sweepstakes entries, 5 Veteran Sweepstakes entries)

TIME: 12:15pm

LOCATION: Ring 8

(held as supported entry during the Alamo City Cluster all-breed dog show on Saturday, just prior to Samoyed judging per AKC rule effective 1/1/07)

REGULAR/NON-REGULAR CLASSES

JUDGE: Tamiko Lynch (13-14-6-4, 2 veteran dogs, 3 veteran bitches, 2 Stud Dog, 1 Brood Bitch

TIME: 30 minutes following Best in Show (approx. 6:00pm-6:30pm)

LOCATION: Ring 7

JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP COMPETITION

JUDGE: Barbara Beynon

TIME: no less than 30 minutes after completion of all-breed BIS judging

The Samoyed Club of Austin, Inc. will be providing, at no charge, a 20' x 30' reserved grooming space for the use of the club members and our fellow Samoyed exhibitors. In an effort to comfortably accommodate as many exhibitors as possible, we ask that exhibitors that wish to share this space have a maximum of two (2) dogs per person (i.e. four dogs per couple or traveling pair) and crates that may safely be stacked. This number isn't written in stone so if you have more than two dogs per exhibitor just send us a note and we'll see what we can do.

Please contact Anne with the number of people and dogs in your group if you are interested in sharing our community space.

Reserved RV parking available on site, provided by the Alamo City Cluster. Specifics will be posted here when available.

San Antonio KOA RV campground is located just 1.5 miles from the show site.

Dinner and Live Auction after our Specialty Show at the Spaghetti Warehouse (only 2.4 miles from show site).

Location: The Spaghetti Warehouse, 1226 E. Houston St, San Antonio, TX

All entrees include a crisp house salad, freshly baked sourdough bread and choice of soft drink. Tax and gratuity included for $16.00 inclusive

Menu choices: Spaghetti w/meatballs; incredible 15-layer lasagne; baked penne; fettuccini alfredo; or grilled chicken caesar salad. Children may eat off the menu and cash bar will be available.

Please contact Karen for reservations, menu choice and questions. Money must be paid by March 13th at noon (day of Specialty) to Karen. Checks should be made payable to: Samoyed Club of Austin, Inc.
